• 3 physicians, 10 NPs( 2 Psychiatrists)
• 4 locations
• 100 team members

Benefits:

• 2 months off per year, paid!!4 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, 1 week CME/personal day and 2 weeks in holidays

• Salary 175-230k yr depending on experience. Family Medicine Physician

This Family Medicine Physician Role:

• Mon-fri 830-, no weekends.Call 1:6 on weekends
• 18 patients per day/average.30% no show rate
• Seeing kids and adults
• Collaborative team setting not a solo role.
