Job description:

• Family Medicine Advance Nurse Practitioner to join its integrated primary care department. The position is outpatient based and involves the provision of general medical care to primary care patients, developing panel of community patients, and general clinic staff leadership that is part of a normal primary care practice.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Advance Nurse Practitioner Program
• Masters Nursing Degree
