Responsibilities:
Manage overflow and new cases from start to finish, including court appearances, mediations, and more.
Work independently with experienced paralegal, taking the lead on cases with minimal supervision.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of work, maintaining high standards of quality.
Conduct weekly virtual meetings with Philip and paralegal to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment among the team.
Participate in monthly team lunches to foster strong connections and open lines of communication.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, specializing in domestic relations.
Trial experience and knowledge are essential.
Ability to work independently and handle cases autonomously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
