Family Assistant / Personal Chauffeur

The ideal candidate will be able to balance Family Assistant tasks with personal/business chauffeur duties in Chicago, suburban areas, O'Hare and DuPage Airports in a Sprinter Van and armored Escalade. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, chauffeur permit and background check required.

Family Assistant Responsibilities:

-Efficiently and accurately run a variety of personal errands

-Shop efficiently in person and online

-Safely transport pets to vet appointments

-Perform a variety of household tasks for a busy family (indoors and outdoors)

Personal/Business Driving Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for passengers
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed
- Follow designated routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively

Experience:

- Previous experience performing a wide variety of Family Assistant tasks
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or driver is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills is a plus
- Familiarity with limousine, shuttle driving, van driving, or bus driving is beneficial
- Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license

- Strong communications skills with personal and business assistants
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Excellent navigational skills and knowledge of local areas
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or routes as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
