QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should be a student pursuing a four-year degree Construction management, Construction Technology, Project Management or Engineering. An academic standing of Sophomore status or higher is preferred. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with a strong academic background, attention to detail, organization, leadership and presentation skills. A proficiency in technical applications, excel and powerpoint is also preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Create scope of work documents, cost estimates, and schedules for assigned projects engaging engineering and other SMEs as required
- Facilitate detailed scope review with project stakeholders to ensure that project components are accounted and are reasonable from a cost and schedule perspective
- Research scope and cost information to ensure accuracy of system data
- Work with AES engineering and finance teams to build the project business cases using financial modeling tools
- Validate project financial data submitted to the annual budget review process
- Manage the budget for assigned T&D annual investment programs
- Participate in formalized AES-specific learning opportunities to further your knowledge and understanding towards accelerating the responsible energy transmission
- Actively engage in open discussions to identify ways the company can improve to be better prepared for the future of utilities
