Job Description
The Agnes Irwin School, a pre-K through 12 all girls’ school in Rosemont, PA seeks a
Middle School Varsity Lacrosse Coach, beginning March 4, 2024, and ending May 20,
2024. This position will be responsible for developing the Middle School lacrosse program
and student-athletes under the direction of the Athletic Director, and teaching skills and
strategies that apply to the skill level of the student-athletes.
Successful candidates will possess:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related
experience
● Experience teaching or coaching lacrosse; previous competitive lacrosse
playing/coaching required
● Proven ability to exemplify the highest standard of leadership, sportsmanship,
and respect
● Knowledge of appropriate safety measures to ensure the well-being of
student-athletes
● Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively
manage relationships with administrators, student-athletes, and parents
● Ability to attend all team practices and games
● PA Child Abuse History Certification, PA State Criminal Record Check, and FBI
Fingerprints are required and must be less than one year old
● Must possess or obtain prior to start of season current First Aid and CPR
certification
