Perform clerical and administrative duties associated with daily program operations. Provide administrative support to Department Chair(s), Program Directors, and Administrative leadership. Arrange meetings, travel, and program events and reconcile program expenses back to budget. Research, compile data and statistics, and prepare operational reports for marketing, programmatic accreditation, and program administration. Transcribe Meetings for Program and University Records. Assist the Assessment Coordinator. Purchasing and management of supplies, greeting students and visitors, answering telephone inquiries, and manage secure program filings. Assist with scheduling of assignments. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies
Must have intermediate skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Office products and typing speed of 60 WPM. Prior administrative support experience is preferred.
Effective communication both verbally and in writing. Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature. Excellent computer and organizational skills. Regularly lift 10 or fewer pounds.
