Factory Supply Chain Operator
Seeking a motivated Factory Supply Chain Operator to join our team. Responsible for moving and unloading raw material railcars using a trackmobile railcar mover. Also, responsible for unloading raw and packaging material inbound trucks as needed. Will operate trackmobile, UTV, and forklift to perform job duties. Experience preferred and training will be provided.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Hourly pay rate of $28.00
  • 401k with company match
  • Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave
  • Insurance eligibility begins on 31st day of employment
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Will start on a Monday- Friday day shift schedule and eventually transition to a continuous operations schedule

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:
  • Operate trackmobile railcar mover to move railcars to and from unload station
  • Unload bulk ingredients using bulk unload automated system for Sugar, PET, and Oil
  • Unload raw and packaging materials using Crown counterbalance forklift
  • Process inbound loads using SAP/EWM transactions as per receipt process
  • Learn safe rail logistics practices and guide railcar during moves

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school Diploma or GED preferred
  • Trackmobile Railcar Mover experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of rail spur management and safety measures

SKILLS:
  • Computer Skills: Basic MS Office, SAP or ERP System
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of silo inventory reading, railcar functionality and safe handling, Trackmobile operating and spur switching, Forklift operating
