Here's the schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 8:00am and finishing at
approximately 5:00pm or when the work is completed.
Here's the pay: Our starting pay is $15.50 an hour.

Now that you know about the hours and the pay, let's talk about the job itself.
The Facilities Specialist performs maintenance duties including dusting, moping, vacuuming and cleaning carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms. This role is part of the Operations/Administration team.
Bottom line... You'll be cleaning the facility.
Here's more of what you will do:

• Dusts and mops floors, vacuums carpet and cleans as needed.
• Cleans restrooms and restocks paper and soap supplies.
• Empties trash receptacles and bags trash for proper disposal.
• Performs general housekeeping tasks in administrative area (i.e., change light bulbs, cleans kitchen, restocks housekeeping supplies, etc.).
• Ensures doors are locked after cleaning areas.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

• 18 Years of Age or Older
• Ability to Read and Understand English
• Basic Math Comprehension

Here's what we hope you have:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification
• Effective Communication Skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pull/push a load up to 70 lbs.
• Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.
• Ability to operate facility equipment required for role.
• Ability to speak, hear, and see is required to communicate with employees, and to operate varied facility equipment, cleaning products.
• Ability to perform job functions in compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety policies and best practices.
• Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
