Facilities Support Lead

This position Is the Customer Representative and a single point of contact for all Property / Site / Building / Office needs.

Daily:

- Customer facing point of contact for all site and building needs

- Coordinate projects with facility leadership team

- Engaged with Building Leadership, Facility Managers, and Maintenance Managers on on life safety systems & procedures

- TC/EVAC / Fire / Hazardous Weather

- Work with Executive Assistance and building occupants on office needs

- Furniture/Equipment Changes & Relocation

- Food/Beverage Supplies

- Office Supplies

- Outside Tradesmen for specialized trade needs

- Technical support for conference rooms

- Assist with booking rooms for company personnel outside of the Chicago area

- On call to support Executive Office / Building Leadership

- Building/Suite Issues

- IT

- Customers & Dealers

- Coordinate with Security/Reception to receive and distribute mail/packages (where applicable)

- Manage internal and external mail process and supplies (where applicable)

USPS / UPS / Interoffice

- Manage equipment and supply deliveries and distribute accordingly

- Restock conference supplies including pens/paper pads/soda/water

- Maintain coffee and vending machines, ordering supplies as needed

Weekly/Bi-monthly:

- Track Office Occupancy

- Performer preventative maintenance in all conference rooms and A/V equipment

- Update layout changes (AutoCAD) if applicable

- Communicate with PHD & Global Facilities company Leadership on office status

Other Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist Employees that are relocating To/From office

- Provide boxes ; labels ; manpower to facilitate

- Coordinate with company IT to support employee IT needs

- Coordinate with Property Management / Global Facilities and outside vendors on maintenance and repair needs

- Building maintenance ticketing process

- Coordinate with HP Partners on printer supplies and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
