Facility Maintenance Worker

What You Will Do:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.
• Use hand and power tools to accomplish these tasks.
• Light repair to machines and facility
• Sandblasting of Government Assets
• Maintenance to production equipment and facility
• Maintain fans, compressors, air dryers, and chillers.
• Replace lighting and ballasts as needed.
• Assist in companywide recycling program of materials.
• Drive company vehicle to pick up parts and materials.
• Other maintenance related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in general maintenance work
• 1-2 years’ experience in Industrial Sandblasting
• Must be able to drive the company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.

Physical Demands:

• Normal working conditions absent extreme factors
• Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers and fellow employees.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds periodically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Industrial Sandblasting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
