JOB STATEMENT: Accountable for trouble shooting electrical systems, installing conduit, lighting, outlets, pull wires and assist facility / bottling maintenance as needed.

Essential Duties:

• General electrical work as may be assigned and directed by supervisors
• Assist Facility / Bottling Maintenance in trouble shooting equipment
• Assist with making repairs, adjustments or overhaul of equipment as needed
• Packaging equipment change overs for different size containers or components
• Assist with new electrical installations
• Assist with Maintenance of general lighting system
• Service emergency lighting system
• Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors or managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:

• Reading and understanding electrical drawings and blueprints
• Fabrication / construction / installation experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Local electrical codes
• Bottling / processing equipment and energy sources
• Main power distribution
• Plan and schedule assigned duties
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Interact effectively with other worker and supervisors
• Work at various heights and awkward positions
• Follow verbal and written instructions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent forward reach
• Frequent walking/standing

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Moving machinery
• Driving forklift, truck, bicycle
• Radiant/electrical energy
• Indoor/outdoor climate

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facility
