Facility Custodian And Errand Runner

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as a Facility custodian and Errand Runner.

The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting parts runs, managing mail deliveries, maintaining cleanliness within our facility, and assisting with occasional detailing tasks.

This position requires a combination of organization, time management, and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of our workspace.**

Key Responsibilities:

1. Parts Runs: Responsible for pickup and delivery of supplies and parts needed for daily operations. This involves visiting local suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of essential items.

2. Mail Runs: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

3. Facility custodian: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including common areas, offices, and workspaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

4. Detailing Tasks: Assist with occasional detailing of vehicles. This may involve cleaning and detailing vehicles, equipment, or other assets as required.

5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Support various departments and team members with additional tasks as needed, including but not limited to light maintenance, assembly assistance, and event setup.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with vendors and team members.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions: This position primarily involves indoor and outdoor work, with occasional exposure to varying weather conditions.- Physical requirements may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.- Work hours may vary and could include evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
