Position Summary:
Under general supervision, performs basic care, cleaning and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Responsible for inventory and delivery of supplies to departments.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Performs routine preventative maintenance as scheduled and required on equipment in facility.
2. Responsible for trouble-shooting in problem related areas pertaining to maintenance, plumbing, electrical, lawn, etc. Services, adjusts and repairs basic mechanical equipment as needed.
3. Maintains and delivers stock supplies as required; assist in inventory control which may include computerized inventory systems.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires six months’ general maintenance/custodian experience.
