Job Description Summary:
This position performs a variety of functions to buildings, equipment, and grounds maintenance throughout Logan Health’s (LH) facilities, outbuildings, jobsites and affiliates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a general maintenance, mechanical, plumbing or electrical field of employment preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of one (1) of the following is required. Required licenses and/or certifications vary by work location and applicability:
- Current Driver’s License required. Must possess a good driving record clear of moving violations in the past five (5) years and no major driving offenses (DUI, etc.).

Job Specific Duties:
- Within regulatory guidelines, troubleshoots, performs preventative and predictive maintenance and repairs, and routine maintenance problems. Maintenance and repairs include, but may not be limited to; electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, lighting, carpentry, flooring, vehicles, Life Safety equipment, laundry equipment, and/or pool/spa operations as applicable for assigned area(s).
- Performs pest management duties and pesticide applications as needed.
- Safely and efficiently operates, secures, services, stores and cleans assigned area(s) vehicles, machinery, equipment and tools.
- Utilizes self initiative in assuming repair and maintenance assignments while working with minimal immediate supervision.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
