How You Will Contribute:
The Facilities Technician will support the maintenance and upkeep of the Selah House clinical locations, working alongside the Facilities Supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Friday, on call
Essential Responsibilities
- Keeps properties, including the barn and surrounding area, clean and presentable.
- Assists with keeping the lawn and grounds maintained using lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers power washers etc.).
- Runs errands as needed for facilities.
- Paints facilities as needed to maintain upkeep and appearance of facilities and surroundings.
- Makes minor repairs for the facilities as needed.
- Removes snow as needed, which includes being on call to remove snow as needed.
- Cleans, straightens and maintains barn.
- All other duties as assigned.

What We Are Seeking:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate lawn equipment.
- Prior knowledge of general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and with team members.
- Ability to be a self-starter.
- Prior experience painting.
- Ability to use and climb ladders when necessary.
Other Requirements
Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
