Facilities Support Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Facilities Support Specialist for our mortgage company client in San Diego, CA.

Contract Duration: 6 months (with opportunity to extend or convert)

Pay: $18.50

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Support Specialist plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company's facilities functions. The role is primarily responsible, under direct supervision, for efficiently receiving, sorting, processing, and routing incoming and outgoing mail for the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, sort, and correctly distribute incoming and interdepartmental mail.

Receive and create a proper record for all FedEx deliveries; distribute FedEx packages to corresponding employees/departments, obtaining appropriate signature confirmation for delivery.

Receive and sort outgoing U.S. mail, meter mail and process for delivery to U.S. Postal Service.

Assist with the preparation and delivery of mass mailings by operating letter inserter and postage meter machines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior experience in customer service strongly preferred.

Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.

Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.

Excellent customer service focus.

Demonstrate patience and professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
