Our facilities team in Orlando has an exciting opportunity for a hard charging person to join our Facility Project Representative team. In this role you will be the primary interface with our customers and ensure the execution of critical facility construction projects. You must utilize your critical thinking skills to meet objectives while driving cost down. We have over 2.8M square feet of buildings from industrial production to administrative space. In this role, you will:
Work with stakeholders to gather project requirement and scope for planning and implementation.
Oversee a portfolio of projects, keeping them on budget, time and within scope.
Provide key information for construction project design reviews and scope definition.
Assist with oversight of A/E cost and schedules.
Capture budget placeholders for upcoming projects.
Lead teams to improve processes and make recommendations to lower costs and make more efficient.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years Facilities Project management experience working with multiple tenants including an industrial customer.
- Minimum 5 years facilities operations & maintenance, repair, and/or construction
- Proven experience to meet daily dynamic work schedule modifications & make necessary schedule & resource adjustments (such as work order planning, scheduling and coordination, etc.).
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a US DOD Secret Clearance.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
