OrthoTennessee is seeking a Facilities Manager for facility security and maintenance and is currently responsible for the 3 Knox County KOC facilities (Weisgarber, West and North and assists with any needs at the Jefferson City location). The Facilities Manager is generally a "On Call, 24-7" role. The Facilities Managermust have a working knowledge of all things HVAC, Electrical and Structural and will be responsible for the daily and scheduled maintenance related to specified buildings and properties, collaborate with building inhabitants to set safety protocols, supervise security staff and technology, schedule routine maintenance, plan new projects and perform emergency repairs. Provides efficient and professional response to all mechanical and structural failures or issues at a given facility. The Facilities Manager will perform routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed, as well as weekly walk-throughs to assess issues or conditions that need to be addressed. Schedules all facility work including scheduled HVAC, Elevator and Plumbing maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, property upkeep/landscaping, Interiors (painting, carpet, and millwork) snow removal, Fire Marshal. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will schedule daily janitorial services to keep the building's interior attractive and hygienic, assessing the costs of maintaining workspaces, making recommendations for becoming more efficient and may assist in relocating businesses to a new office space that better meets their needs.
