What the job involves:
We are currently seeking an Intern in Facilities Management join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our Facilities team at a client site, getting involved in providing service to customers, and designing how we can improve that service with new ideas, tools or processes.

As an Intern in Facilities Managementat JLL, you will:
- Coordinate and develop skills in vendor management and client relationship management.
- Assist in work order management-from generation within a CMMS program to coordination with technician and customer
- Project management assistance- from Planning to execution.
- Contract management- managing deliverables and customer service.
- Financial Management- assist with spreadsheets to manage budget and look at profit and loss.

- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
- Desire to learn more about our industry
- Interest in property management
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
