Primary Responsibilities
- Work with Facilities Maintenance Manager on all building maintenance
- Maintain mechanical, electrical and the appearance of the facility
- Perform building repairs including but not limited to drywall, paint, ceiling tiles, carpet and flooring
- Maintains the facilities landscaping and snow removal
- Performs preventative maintenance to internal office systems and equipment as assigned
- Sustains maintenance schedule and tracks all service or maintenance performed
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Assist and/or back up Janitorial team

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance or related fields
- At least three years of building experience preferred
- Ability to multitask or prioritize
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc
- Upbeat, energetic individual willing to take on any task assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
