Alpha Management Group is a leader in fraternity/sorority operations and housing management with clients on over 82 college campuses in 33 states.
We're looking for two seasoned Service Tech I/II to join our team and help us grow. The chosen candidates will perform highly diversified duties including troubleshooting, repair (including light electrical and plumbing, drywall/painting, etc...), and maintenance of the buildings and grounds of the properties we oversee according to safety, preventative maintenance programs, and processes.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned maintenance and repair work in coordination with the Service Coordinator to ensure the service order is entered and completed within Alpha’s service guidelines. Add detailed information on the work performed, materials utilized, labor time expended, and notes on additional work or follow-up needed. Document your work via digital pictures.
- Occassionally respond to urgent or emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance required (1 year Tech 1; 3 years Tech II)
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Basic toolkit
- Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, or similar program is a plus
