Facilities Maintenance and Staff Support Analyst

Are you interested in an opportunity to join the Facilities and Health & Safety Unit as a Staff Services Analyst (SSA)? Franchise Tax Board (FTB) is looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Staff Support Analyst possessing strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several assignments simultaneously and have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance. Under close supervision of the Administrator I, the SSA performs a variety of technical and analytical activities related to Facilities Maintenance, repairs and planning projects. The SSA will process complex service requests and participate as a facilities team member in special projects such as hybrid workspace planning and implementation. The SSA will collaborate with the Department of General Services and Franchise Tax Board business partners such as Telecom, Business Services and Information Technology Workstation Support. The SSA is expected to perform with an increasing level of independence over time, and with supervision, will provide detailed work and excellent customer service.
