Core Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance Planning (developing maintenance plans, spare parts assessments or program management)
- Authoring technical documents including commissioning and validation protocols, engineering test plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Executing engineering test plans or performing the commissioning of systems and/or manufacturing processes or MEP systems.
- Lead and/or assist in small to mid-size engineering initiatives and/or onsite projects.
- Perform troubleshooting of HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems.
- Walkdown systems utilizing construction or as-built drawings.
Qualifications and Professional Skills
- Experience working/managing engineering projects.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems.
- Ability to confidently read drawings including construction /as-built related drawings. Understanding of P&ID's is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
