Responsibilities:
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments of industrial systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to optimize facility performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related challenges and implement improvement initiatives.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the design and modification of facility layouts and systems to accommodate changing operational needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility processes, procedures, and engineering modifications.
- Participate in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in facility engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Ideally 4-5 years of experience in facility engineering, maintenance, or related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial systems and implementing engineering solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions.
- Experience working with P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and standards related to industrial facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
