Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator will inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and landscaping at all Hacienda locations. The Coordinator will collaborate with building managers to set safety protocols, supervise security staff and technology, schedule routine maintenance, and perform emergency repairs. The Coordinator will also schedule daily janitorial services to keep the building’s interior attractive and hygienic.
They will assess the costs of maintaining workspaces, make recommendations for becoming more efficient, and may assist in relocating businesses to a new office space that better meets their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
• Maintaining day-to-day operations and sufficient supplies at all facilities
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Collaborating with building owners, management, and HR on budgeting for facilities needs

• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members
• Time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
• Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License
• Driving record that meets insurance requirements and company policy
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
