Position Overview:
We have an exciting career opportunity to join the Kendra Scott Facilities team. Reporting to our Facilities Manager, our Home Office Facilities Coordinator will be the point of contact for all vendor relations at the home office. This role combines the need for proven communication skills as well as exceptional independence in providing service to our vendors as well as our Home Office team. The Facilities Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to oversee facilities-related projects.

Position Overview:

The Facilities Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to oversee facilities-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and follow-up with employees regarding home office requests & issues.
- Maintain inventory for office supplies to ensure that ordering of such products is done in a consistent manner
- Take daily orders and provide smoothies once a day (Mon-Thurs)
- Fill, order, and control inventory of food items and beverages in company snack rooms.
- Open, sort and distribute all mail and packages.
- Aid in site committees including but not limited to, family fun committee, green team etc.
- Ensure home office is always to standard, including but not limited to, janitorial, electrical, etc.
- Work in a manner as to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Perform other duties, including special projects, as assigned by the Facilities Manager
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Well organized, self-motivated abilities and provide deliverables in support of project plans
- Computer literacy, with ability to operate Office 365
- Professionalism with strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Flexibility to work hours as needed to meet deadlines and handle emergencies
- Capabilities of handling multiple tasks in an environment of frequent deadlines and changing priorities
- Food Preparation and handling experience preferred but not required.
