Location: North Richland Hills, TX (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Compensation Range: $18-$20/hr

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Coordinator! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the functionality of our facility, with a focus on repairing and maintaining various fixtures, handling construction-related tasks, and overseeing parking lot attendance. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Schedule: Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday
What You'll Do:
General Facility Maintenance Involving:
- Address and fix any broken items within the facility promptly.
- Identify and repair issues with light fixtures both indoors and outdoors.
- Regularly inspect and replace bulbs to ensure optimal lighting throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with vendors to order necessary supplies and coordinate maintenance services.
- Perform construction-related tasks, such as patching and painting walls, fixing holes, and other general repairs.
- Monitor and maintain the parking lot, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Address any issues related to parking lot maintenance, such as pothole repairs and signage.
- Respond promptly to and resolve any issues related to restroom facilities.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and tools.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in construction-related tasks.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot light fixture issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to handle various tools and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
