```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Project Manager (FPM) to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. As a FPM, you will ensure that our buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. This is a crucial leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
```Responsibilities```
- 70% Facilities Manager and 30% Project Manager
- Develop and implement facility maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
- Manage the maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to daily operations
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs and renovations
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance and recommend cost-saving measures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain records of safety inspections
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to address potential risks or disasters
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a FPM or similar role
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles and best practices
- Experience with ProCore or other construction management software
- Proficient in project management techniques and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or Primavera
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
