- The Fabricator/Welder I must have a drive and passion for fabrication.
- The position will require good communication skills with the Fabrication Shop Foreman as well as with Fabrication Management to maintain a smooth workflow.

- Will receive on-the-job training on proper MIG welding practices and styles that fall in-line with Liberty Fabrication Department’s procedures.
- Must learn to read and comprehend designs using a tablet 3D CAD viewer.
- Must learn machining, grinding, cutting, torching, measuring, and fitting parts to within precision tolerances.
- Expected to work in a shop environment and be subject to some physically demanding conditions.
- Must be creative and able to adapt to overcome certain obstacles.

Salary:
$25-35/hr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
