Fabricator / TIG Welder

Job Duties:

·       Expertly use measuring devices such as calipers, height gauges and tape measures

·       Inspect work such as test welds to make sure standards are met

·       Fabricate metal objects including lay out, cutting, measuring, and welding

·       Work in a safe and efficient manner

·       Analyze drawings and determine correct procedures to see the job to completion

·       Fit and tack weld assemblies

·       Assist in training less experienced fabricators

·       Help control workflow to other departments including welding and polishing.

·       Position may include other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·       Knowledgeable in a variety of tools and fabrication techniques

·       Stainless Steel TIG welding experience

·       Must be able to read and interpret blue prints

·       Must pass a basic math test

·       3-5 years prior fabrication experience required

Salary: $45-65k/yr
