We're seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our passionate fabrication and assembly teams!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire production process, including fabrication and assembly, to meet targets and deadlines.
• Supervises diverse work groups in a team environment using effective listening, coaching, training, investigative and problem-solving skills, ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Manage timekeeping and PTO requests.
• Develop and implement new metrics to meet client needs.
• Updates systems for accurate billing and smooth transactions.
• Leads assembly projects ensuring quality standards are met.
• Provides training and support for team enhancement.
• Upholds safety and compliance standards through inspections.
• Optimizes resource allocation to drive productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyzes production data for continuous improvement.
• Conducts testing processes to ensure product integrity.
• Leads product and materials prototyping for innovation.
• Monitors equipment performance and safety.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in fabrication operations.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
• Attention to detail and communication abilities.
