Fabrication - 1St Shift

Our St. Henry Processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Fabrication team member to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 5:30am- approximately 3:15pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE:$16.25 with the potential of increasing to $16.50 after 90 days.

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

• Inspecting parts and assembling machines in the fabrication department.
• Monitoring product and equipment during operation and reporting any changes.
• Insuring accurate ingredient content of every batch and packaging product according to customer speculations.
• Operating a walkie and learn the M-Tech System.
