Job Description:
F&A Systems Supervisor serves as a member of the Business Readiness Office (BRO), supporting a multi-year Finance Transformation program focused on standardizing finance business processes and implementing technology solutions.
BRO serves as an integrated, cohesive point for readiness and go-live activities across multiple business and functional areas across UPS. The BRO is responsible for enabling and monitoring the delivery of end-to-end processes and systems to achieve agreed readiness criteria supporting successful adoption and program outcomes across multiple UPS stakeholder groups.
This position assesses requested information to ensure alignment with business needs, objectives, and practices. This position is responsible for interacting and engaging across various project activities such as project management, business analysis, policies & procedures, user acceptance testing, user training, change management, production migration, and production support.
This position performs business analytics by gathering, analyzing, documenting, reviewing, and communicating business needs/requirements while serving as a liaison between functional process and technology leads “Workstream Leads” and various business/functional program managers “Implementation Leads” to successfully plan and execute program milestones required for successful delivery and adoption.
This position is responsible for actively collaborating with the Program Management, Change Management and other Workstream Leads to identify and resolve program risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
Responsibilities:
Supervise projects through complete project lifecycle including Initiation, Feasibility, Analysis, Execution and Closeout phases.
Performs planning, creation and delivery of senior level communications (e.g., senior level forums, presentations, communications)
Assesses change and process impacts to the business, in partnership with Workstream, Change Management, and Implementation Leads to ensure critical dependencies, impacts, and required decisions are addressed
Collaborates with Implementation Leads to support, evaluate and track readiness action plans to prepare for go-live
Actively collaborates with the PMO and Testing team to plan and enable achievement of various testing cycles including UAT and parallel testing, defining and measuring specific entry and exit criteria
Defines and measures readiness criteria required for agreement to go-live
Supervise and monitor issues, risks and dependencies across stakeholder groups.
Ensures the structure is in place across key stakeholder groups and stakeholders are properly equipped to support go-live and subsequent BAU and implementation activities
Collaborates with the Change Management team to plan and execute program communications and promote user adoption.
Manage prioritization and execution of daily / weekly BRO priorities in close coordination with leadership team.
Plans and executes various stakeholder forums, including meeting definition / coordination, material development, execution of follow-ups and action items
Supports the resolution of business process gaps, risks, and issues
Provide considerations/recommendations on testing activities across stakeholder groups
Effectively escalates key challenges and connect cross-team themes and various dependencies across all program workstreams.
Qualifications:
Experience leading significant work efforts in enterprise process / technology transformation or modernization initiatives
Experience with stakeholder planning and management across organization
Experience with senior level communications
Experience defining and managing broad governance structures
Strong program management experience, including risk and issue resolution, dependency management and resource management
Strong written and executive presentation skills
Technical aptitude to quickly learn internal and external systems
Ability to capture and document specific and accurate information, learn and complete work thoroughly, supply appropriate details when requested, and maintain organized files.

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field - Preferred
Supervisory Experience - Preferred
Experience with enterprise finance and accounting systems - Preferred.
Experience with business analysis - Preferred.
