POSITION DESCRIPTION: Servers Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests
REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Supervisor
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up service station and performs assigned side work in preparation of shifts
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating to address needs and begin service
- Distributes food and wine menus; answers questions and suggests menu items
- Based on members request provides timely, accurate & pleasant food & Beverage services
- Presents bills after verifying accuracy of prices, taxes, tips and other charges on all checks
- Handles all cash and charge payments as prescribed by standard operating procedures
- Keeps tables, dining room and bus station areas clean
- Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by supervisor
- Attends pre-meal meetings as required by supervisor
- Consistently follows all local and state laws, club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Assists hostess in seating of patrons when needed
- Works with F&B Supervisor, Member Services Associate and other servers to set-up, serve & deliver special club functions
- May assigned as daytime window server in 19th hole for food service to bar area or food expediter in main kitchen
SECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists other servers when needed
- Other appropriate duties as assigned by their supervisor
- Assists in promotion of upcoming F&B related activities to membership
- Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: TABC Certification
