The Challenge:
Crave a challenge that is also rewarding? This position is CONUS based, at or near an F35 Enterprise site with a balance of onsite and telework responsibilities.
It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.
As critical members of the F35/ FDS Core, you must be able to:
• Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access.
• Attend CONUS and OCONUS Customer meetings
• Capable of working various shift hours to include weekends / holidays to support customer schedule and mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications
o Candidates must have a Secret security clearance with investigation within the last 6 years
o Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
o 12 years combination of Systems or Software Engineering or System/Database/Network Administration experience
o 5 years of Leadership/management experience
o Experience managing IT Projects and Personnel to a diverse customer set.
Desired skills
o Extensive leadership experience to include: people management, to employee recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, & career development
o Project Management, Cost Account Management experience
o Strong business acumen, influence management, strategic and whole systems thinking skills
o Excellent track record of customer relationship management with customers from diverse national, lingual, and cultural backgrounds.
o Superior written and verbal communications skills.
o Experience with data reduction, data analysis, data visualization using a variety of tools including MS Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
o Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, to include the JSF ALIS hardware and software

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
