Summary of Job Duties:
Primary duties include instructing EMT, CPR, and Stop-The-Bleed classes. As an EMT Instructor, your responsibilities include:
•Supervising students during emergency scenarios.
•Maintaining and processing student records and clinical documentation.
•Evaluating and reporting student progress.
•Assisting with clinical orientations and skills checkoffs when required.
•Serving on the EMS Advisory Committee
•Performing any other duties assigned to you by the Assistant Vice Chancellor or EMS Program Director.
Qualifications:
AAS in Paramedicine or equivalent, current Arkansas Paramedic license, and National Registry Paramedic certification preferred. Must possess good communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills and be willing to learn online teaching requirements. Additional requirements:
