SalaryAdvance your career at Destination Kia located in Albany, NY. We have immediate openings for qualified and dependable EXPRESS Service Advisors with excellent customer service skills. This is an entry-mid level service position that will easily transition into a Service Advisor role.
Responsibilities include assisting customers with their oil change, tire rotation and basic maintenance needs, as well as presenting the multi-point inspection with their brake measurements, etc to our clients.
Ideal Candidates…
Will have a strong background in quality customer service and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in the automotive Industry is preferred but not required. We will provide PAID training. Absolutely must be friendly and attentive to our customers. Smiles are needed :)
Must be team oriented with positive attitude and professional demeanor. A valid and clean driver’s license in good standing is required.
