Job Title: Air/Ocean Export Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite Only, No Remote or Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Air Export Operations: Oversee air export operations in compliance with company procedures.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, analyzing and addressing their specific needs.
Arrange and coordinate schedules, providing instructions to staff on booking and operational procedures.
Communicate with overseas agents for quotes, changes, and inquiries.
- Documentation and Compliance:Prepare accurate shipping information for shippers, consignees, and handling agents.
Ensure all paperwork complies with customs regulations.
Maintain TSA and FAA regulations, issuing certificates and documents, and conducting routine meetings with inspectors.
- Supervision and Reporting:Supervise daily export operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with policies.
Monitor and review employees' work activities, providing guidance and motivation for improved performance.
Prepare and submit various reports, including profit and loss analysis and top customer reports, to the Branch Manager.
- Billing and Financial Oversight:Report air freight payments to CASS administration office.
Verify individual charges against carrier contract rates.
Issue billing invoices for distribution, export customers, and agents at the destination.
- Continuous Improvement and Compliance:Seek improvement in work processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Report irregular issues to management and maintain high ethical standards.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Warehouse management and multitasking abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (a plus but not mandatory).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 10 or more years of previous experience in accounting or a related field.
- Certificate of IAC Security Training (IACSSP) and STA (Security Threat Assessment) ID required by DHS-TSA.
- HAZMAT Certification (IATA or IMDG).
- Any additional certificates or training records required by departments, positions, or government agencies.
