To be a family that uses our collective superpowers to do significant good.:The Export Compliance Manager maintains the Company’s Export Compliance program and is responsible for all aspects of its Export Compliance activities, including adherence to the Company’s trade control policies and procedures, export licensing, watchlist and destination screening, auditing, training, and issue investigation, escalation, and resolution. The Export Compliance Manager works closely with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders including the sales, procurement, and logistics teams.

What you will do?:
- Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures
- Provide Export Compliance consultation, guidance, and training
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with various departments and entities, internal and external, to provide compliance guidance and support
- Ensure the proper export control jurisdiction and classification analysis for all exported items
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries and incidents, conducting investigations as necessary
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities
- Manage diverse aspects of Compliance, such as overseeing export screening and product classification and ongoing enhancement of compliance initiatives like C-TPAT, ISF and Export Controls
- Other tasks as assigned by management
What you bring to the table!:
- Five years’ proven experience in an Export Compliance role, preferably in electronics distribution
- Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, including those administered by U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Treasury. Plus, knowledge relating to Dual Use Products, ITAR, EAR99, ECCN, OFAC.
- General knowledge of Export Compliance/Due Diligence software platforms
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated skills to work independently and proactively and in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated skills in providing guidance to others in this field of experience
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in utilizing technology and software systems
- This position may require access to Export Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US persons as defined under the export regulations will be considered.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
