SalaryFinney's Crafthouse is an American-fare food restaurant and gastropub that offers 30 craft beers on tap. We are dedicated to creating a family dining experience that speaks to the local community and creates regulars through exceptional food, drinks, atmosphere, and most importantly, service. This Stevenson Ranch location will be opening April 2024, this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and to be a part of a team that desires to become an integral part of the Santa Clarita community.
Compensation includes minimum wage and tips with many growth opportunities.
Interviews are held at our hiring booth located at our Stevenson Ranch location Thursdays & Fridays. Our hiring booth is conducted in front of our new location from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please list (2) dates and times that work for a scheduled interview at our hiring booth.
Responsibilities
- Strong menu knowledge
- Floor chart & pivot point knowledge to avoid "auction calling" food
- Friendly and helpful interactions with guests that aid in their experience while placing food on tables
- Ability to stay focused and organized
- Can handle high-volume, fast-paced working environments
- Comply with health and safety regulations and standards
- Strong team dynamic where full hands-in and full hands-out is exhibited
