Position: Expert Direct Care Worker
Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
As an Expert Direct Care Worker you will work alongside with our Care Coordinator in our Bethlehem office.
This position will be based in office as well as in the field.

As an Expert Direct Care Worker you will work alongside with our Care Coordinator in our Bethlehem office.
This position will be based in office as well as in the field.
Job duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Shadowing and training new Personal Care Aides
- The "expert" in knowing each case and being able to fill in if a Personal Care Aide calls off
- Other tasks include assisting with hiring, scheduling, answering office telephone, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid drivers license
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience is preferred, but not required
