Direct Care Worker/Caregiver

```Overview:``` We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ```Duties:``` - Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications according to prescribed instructions - Provide companionship and emotional support - Assist with meal planning and preparation - Monitor and document changes in individuals' health or behavior - Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times - Transport individuals to appointments or activities as needed ```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience in patient care or senior care is preferred - Knowledge of medication administration procedures - Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality - Ability to lift and move individuals as required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are a caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 56 per week
