We are looking for a skilled Tig Welder to join our team. As a Tig Welder, you will be responsible for performing TIG welding on various metal components and structures. You will work from blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications to ensure accurate welds. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in TIG welding and possess strong mechanical knowledge.

- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Days/Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 days schedule) Fridays Over time
- Compensation Range: $21-$22
- Experience: 2 years required
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the resistance welding process, which includes spot, seam, planetary, series, and projection welding.
· Develop new weld schedules for new material combinations.
· Set-up welding machines per the approved schedule.
· Perform required peel tests.
· Maintain weld test records.
· Replace welding tips and re-machine as needed.
· Complete in-process and final welding inspection of various manufactured parts to the requirements of the appropriate specified TSI specification.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Inspection Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Read, write and speak English proficiently, with Spanish language helpful
· Good mechanical aptitude.
Special Skills:
· Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus, but not requirement.
· Ability to work with basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
