SalaryWe are an industrial maintenance contractor based on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a full-time position, base wage up to $40.00/hour before overtime, depending on skill level, attitude, and motivation. The sky is the limit for the right individual willing to be responsible for safety and quality.
Interview process includes:
- Communication skills
- Print reading
- Basic in-house welding test
Requirements:
- GTAW and SMAW is a must for our mechanical piping and fabrication projects
- Must have basic hand tools to complete his or her craft
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to take direction and work as a team at all times
- Must be able to report to different job sites if needed with reliable transportation
- Must be able to work full time
Responsibilities:
- Completion of steam pipe
- Daily safety inspections
- Ensure all tools and materials are prepared and ready for each project
- Fit and weld industrial piping including mild and stainless steel

Our work is in manufacturing plants, power plants, chemical plants, USDA-regulated facilities, and large warehouses. Most work is design-build fabricating and installing high pressure steam, process stainless steel tubing, PVC piping, tanks, mezzanines, stairs, handrails, and unique metal fabrication projects. We are looking for professional “A” players to help us grow to the next level.
