Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Tax Office, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and review individual tax returns
-Assist clients with receiving cash advance loans
- Provide consulting services to clients
-Help assist in marketing to clients online and in the area
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding their tax matters and provide guidance on tax-related issues
- Train and supervise junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance procedures
Experience:
- One year experience required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
