Experienced Saw Cutter - Immediate Hire

Description:

Involve operating equipment to saw, drill, or score concrete. As a concrete cutter, your job duties include guiding saws or drills during cutting operations to ensure the concrete fits the space intended and matches the specifications of the project. Your responsibilities and the tools that you use can vary, depending on the size of the project. You may cut curbs, roads, building foundations, or bridges using hand saws, grinders, or circular saws, in addition to diamond-edged concrete saws. Some concrete cutting projects may require you to cut up and remove old concrete.

Requirements:

Necessary Skills, Attributes & Abilities:

• Knowledge of and experience with operating a wide range of concrete cutting and drilling equipment, including: slab saws, hydraulic / electric hand saws and chainsaws, wall saws, and core drills

• Highly-motivated and driven to build a future and grow with a company

• Attention to detail and taking pride in your work

• Commitment to operating and maintaining company trucks, tools and equipment with care and respect

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, depending on project calendar, that may include work during days, nights or weekends

• Ability to work effectively with other team members

• Willing to work in difficult weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.)

• Commitment to compliance with all OSHA and Company safety rules at all times

Qualifications:

• Experienced Concrete Cutters: 2+ years of core drilling / core drilling and / or removal experience

• Ability to operate heavy equipment (Excavator, loader, skid steers, etc.)

• Clean driver's license required

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to push, pull or lift 75+ pounds

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• CDL license preferred but not required
