We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Concession Worker to join our team. As a Concession Worker, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including snacks, beverages, and light meals
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands and food preparation areas
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of all food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of concession stands
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
