Experienced Oral Surgery Front Desk Receptionist

Our Oral Surgery office is seeking for a full time Monday-Friday (40 hrs/wk ) experienced Front Office Personnel who is highly motivated,has a desire for growth, and looking for a long term commitment. Our practice is committed to providing excellent patient care and is looking for someone who shares this same objective.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments

 Checking-in and greeting patients

 Communicating with referring doctors’ offices to obtain referrals and x-rays

 Communicate with patients regarding financial and scheduling options

 Verify eligibility and benefits dental and or medical

 Data entry including posting patient payments

 Checking and responding to office emails and voice mails in a timely manner

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

 Previous oral surgery experience or dental office experience is preferable

 Excellent communication skills, friendly, and outgoing

 Attention to detail

 Use of common sense

 Ability to multitask and prioritize

 Computer savvy; able to type 35 wpm-Experience working with PPO dental insurances is helpful but will train if you possess a positive attitude and has the ambition and who is willing to learn

Compensation is dependent on experience
