Position Requirements: -One (1) year RN experience in the OR with recent scrub and circulating functions required. -Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (i.e. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices). Position Incentives: -Full time benefits working part-time hours -Saturday/ Sunday 7:00am- 7:45pm -$8,000Sign-On Bonus for 1 years OR RN experience- $4,000 paid out after 90 days employment and the other $4,000 paid out after 365 days of employment. To qualify, your OR RN experience has to be in the last 2 years. -Relocation assistance available. - PTO bridging program. Education Requirements: Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly preferred. License Requirements: Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio. CPR certified in 90 days. Preferred Qualifications: Former experience in ENT, Liver, Cardiac and/or Neurology surgical services highly preferred. Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
